We'd rather be specific than promise everything. Here's what the workflow does and doesn't do.
What the process provides
- Written terms both parties approve
- Payment collected through a supported provider before shipping
- Tracked shipping into and out of our facility
- Package documentation and a shared timeline
- A dispute process based on published terms and available evidence
What it doesn't provide
- Authentication, grading, appraisal or condition certification
- A guarantee that any card is genuine
- Licensed escrow services
- Protection from every possible kind of fraud
We facilitate transactions, coordinate shipping and document packages. We do not authenticate, grade or appraise cards, and we do not guarantee authenticity. Item descriptions and photos are supplied by sellers.
