Ship only after payment
Sellers should ship only after the deal shows Payment confirmed.
Tracking required
All shipments must use a tracked service. Enter tracking on the deal page.
Direct shipping
Direct seller-to-buyer shipping is only used for clearly disclosed transaction types. We never indicate that a directly shipped item passed through our facility.
Lost and damaged packages
Report problems from the deal page. Claims with carriers follow the carrier's process and any insurance purchased.
