Shipping process
For middleman deals, the seller ships to our facility and we forward to the buyer. Here's what happens at each step.

Packing
Penny sleeve, top loader or semi-rigid, sealed with painter's tape, between cardboard, in a bubble mailer or box. Graded slabs go in a box with padding.
Inbound
Ship with tracking to the address in your deal and enter the tracking number on the deal page.
At our facility
We record package arrival, photograph the packaging, note weight and tracking, and record visible contents and quantities. This is documentation, not an inspection of the card itself.
Outbound
We ship to the buyer with new tracking, shown on both dashboards.
Carrier events vs. staff notes
Your timeline labels each update with its source, so you can tell a carrier scan from a manual staff note.
We facilitate transactions, coordinate shipping and document packages. We do not authenticate, grade or appraise cards, and we do not guarantee authenticity. Item descriptions and photos are supplied by sellers.
