Question 1

What does the middleman actually do?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate the agreed transaction: both parties approve the same terms, payment is collected through the supported payment process, the seller ships to our facility, we record and photograph the package, then forward it to the buyer and authorize the seller payout under the disclosed terms.

Question 2

Do you check whether the card is real?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not authenticate, grade, appraise or certify cards. Our package documentation records what arrived (packaging, weight, tracking and visible contents) for recordkeeping. Buyers should review the seller's photos and description before approving.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees decrease for higher-value deals, with a $50 minimum. Both parties see an itemized breakdown before approving, and the fee schedule is locked when the deal is created.

Question 4

Is this escrow?

Accepted Answer

No. We are not a licensed escrow service. Payments run through a supported payment provider and payouts are released according to the published terms and provider capabilities.

Question 5

How do I trade cards with someone in another state?

Accepted Answer

Create a trade deal, list both sides with declared values, have both parties approve, then both ship to our facility. We forward each side.

Question 6

How do I use a middleman for an expensive card sale?

Accepted Answer

Agree on terms, create a private deal, have the buyer approve and pay through the deal, then ship with tracking (and insurance if you want it) to our facility.

Question 7

Do private deals appear in search?

Accepted Answer

No. They're only visible to the participants and our team.
