These terms describe how the platform works and the responsibilities of buyers, sellers and the platform.

1. The service
We operate a marketplace and transaction-facilitation service for physical trading cards and approved collectibles. We facilitate transactions between independent users and are not the seller of third-party items unless identified as such.
2. No authentication
We do not authenticate, grade, appraise, certify the condition of, or guarantee the authenticity of any item. Package documentation is for transaction handling and recordkeeping only.
3. User responsibilities
Sellers must accurately represent items. Buyers must review listing information, photographs and terms before agreeing to a transaction.
4. Fees
Service fees are disclosed before each transaction is approved and are fixed for that transaction at creation.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their terms. We are not a licensed escrow service.
6. Disputes
Disputes are evaluated according to these terms and the evidence available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these terms.
