How it works
Every transaction — marketplace purchase, private sale or trade — follows the same documented sequence, shown as a progress bar on your deal dashboard.
1. Agree and approve
The deal is created with the item, amount and fee breakdown. Both parties approve the same terms and disclosures.
2. Payment
The buyer pays through the supported payment process. Nothing ships until payment is confirmed.
3. Ship to the middleman
The seller (or both traders) ship with tracking to our facility.
4. Receive and document
We record arrival, photograph packaging, note weight and tracking, record visible contents and compare basic quantities against the description.
5. Forward and deliver
We repackage if needed and ship to the buyer with new tracking.
6. Payout and completion
After delivery and any review period, the seller payout is authorized and the deal completes.
Questions
We facilitate transactions, coordinate shipping and document packages. We do not authenticate, grade or appraise cards, and we do not guarantee authenticity. Item descriptions and photos are supplied by sellers.
