Refunds are handled through our payment provider according to the deal's status and the evidence available.

Before shipping
If a deal is cancelled before the seller ships, the buyer's payment is refunded through the payment provider.
Missing or materially different items
If the seller's package never arrives, or arrives materially different from the agreed description, the deal is paused and a refund or return may be arranged under our dispute process.
Service fees
Service fees on refunded transactions are handled as described in the deal terms.
