How to Use a Pokémon Card Middleman Service
A step-by-step walkthrough of a managed card deal, from agreeing terms to delivery.
What a middleman does\nA middleman sits between a buyer and a seller who do not know each other. Instead of one side trusting the other to ship or pay first, both follow a shared, documented process.\n\n## The steps\n1. Agree on the deal wherever you met — a Facebook group, Discord server or subreddit.\n2. Create a private deal with the card name and agreed price. You get a deal number and an invite link.\n3. Send the link to the other party. They sign in, review the itemized fees and approve.\n4. Payment is collected through the supported payment process before anything ships.\n5. The seller ships to our facility. We record arrival, photograph the packaging, note weight, tracking and visible contents.\n6. We forward the package to the buyer with new tracking.\n7. Delivery is confirmed, any review period ends and the seller payout is authorized.\n\n## What a middleman does not do\nWe do not authenticate, grade or appraise cards. Package documentation is a logistics record only. Read the listing photos and agreed description carefully before approving.
We facilitate transactions, coordinate shipping and document packages. We do not authenticate, grade or appraise cards, and we do not guarantee authenticity. Item descriptions and photos are supplied by sellers.
